For reference, here are your options

Firefox with adblock and permit cookies plugin. All cookies are disabled except those that i admit, such as this forum, or gmail.

I tried a script blocker plugin, but that was too restrictive.

As for my firewall, its just a regular linksys with regular NAT routing.
