These are at 1024x768, everything on high and 4 times AA. This works fine on my comp but I get a few hitches due to lack of RAM. I have a AMD 64 Athlon 2.2 ghz 3500+, 1 gig of DDR RAM,7200 rpm 200 gb HD, and of course the BFG Geforce 7600GT OC! Also for those of you who said I was wrong about prices, look again. There is a $30 rebate making this card the best value for the money. And here are the screenies.

for the most part, yea. The only really holding both of yall back from all high is the 1gig of RAM.

Looking at the specs on your new rig, most definately. Probably even a tiny bit better than what I have:cry: Oh well I got my entire system for $500

I'm building AMD 64 3200+, eVGA 7600 GT, and 2 gigs of RAM for roughly $800. Only thing I am reusing is the Hard drive!

Why does nobody like the bfg IMO it runs a lot more quietly and cooler than the evga

eVGA has a much better warranty and I think they still have this deal, when your upgrade, you just pay the difference of the two cards. Neat huh?

the step up program only lasts 90 days........

plus the sound from the evga card almost made me kill myelf. It sounds like one of those really annoying dentist drills is in the case. I actually sighed in relief whenever I turned of my comp and the card shut down

You must have gotten a bad one. When I stepped up from my 6800GT to my 7600GT things became quieter to me. It's nice and quiet.

LMAO you aint heard nothing... http://media.putfile.com/x1900 my X1900 on 55% and 100% right at the back of the case... i cant hear it during gaming due to having headphones, but when 3dmarking lol... its loud.
