Patch 1.22 keeps failing

I keep trying to patch BF2 is just installed it and ive been trying to patch my game but it always jams up, whats the deal

Alright redownloading from Joe's site, it does fail and 9% every time so i though it might have been that

I need the 1.21 patch to use it

OK im downloading the Patch 1.22 Full Version, maybe thats why it wasnt working?

Nothing worked for patching my game..
