Which Video Card?

Hey, Im on a budget from 100-200 dollars. I have found some that fit my price but i dont know if they are any good.

Nvidia Geforce 6600 GT

Which one of these would run Battlefield2 on maybe Meduim-High.

The rest of my computer is-
-P4 2.6 Ghz
-1 Gig of ram

Well with 1GB RAM, I doubt you'll get any on high.. A few maybe.. Are you SURE you have a MATX board?

if i had 300 Watt would it over heat badly or would i not play as much Bf2.

not exactly, it would be bad because it may not be able to power it all, and if it dies it can take other parts with it

Yes the x800GTO is an excellent card and it will give you more than you expect for that price. Its only $169 but it will pack a punch..:)

get AT LEAST a 350-400watt PSU. then I would go with yes the x800GTO, or the second original card you posted the 6800.

oh and for the video card- I am an Nvidia User so if i go to an ati do i delete all the previous drivers?

right now i am liking the 6600GT i posted above. Now can i play bf2 with res 800x600 and meduim settings? or can i go higher?

and is asus a good brand? also do you need there motherboard to have there card?
