We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.
While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
This is mearly a general explination. I'm sure someone can explain alot of the details better than I can, but like I said, this is just a general explination.
Don't compare anything below x600 with something x600 or higher. Those are value cards that usually use system memory. x600 is the balance between value and performance, x800 is just straight performace but at a higher cost, and x900 means x800 didn't keep up with the competition so they needed a new line.
If you compare a 6800GT and a 7800GT, both cards were designed to provide the same level a performance at the time they were released. The 7800GT was release much more recently so obvious it was designed to provide a greater level of performance when compared directly.
If you're trying to decide between a 7600GT and 6800GT, the 7600GT would be better in this case because it's 90nm. It will consume less power, procude less heat, and reach higher clock speeds. And it still has 12 pipelines, only 4 less than the 6800GT and the same amount as the 6800GS.
It's different trying to compare the 7 series to other series since they switched to 90nm.
but like the 6800, is better than the 7300. lol. and the 5900 is basically better than the 6200. usually with nvidia
first number is the series and the second is the performance within that series, but ussually the BEST one of two cards from the previous series are better than the first card from the next series.
