    He wants to keep the ram at stock 200mhz and still get an overclock, which is only possible with the FX processors.

        But you can get 200mhz out of 200mhz ram if you do 2.4ghz on this processor since it's stock is 2.0. I'm confused...

            Yeah he got it with a divider. Basically he doesn't want to use a divider I guess. I would just go to the next lowest multiplier and see how high I could go.

                The best thing about an unlocked multiplier is that you can run your memory at all kinds of frequencies. Newer boards come with more than 4 dividers so it doesn't matter that much anymore.

                Unlocking the A64 multiplier is very possible. It's happened by accident a few times, but CPUs are really complex so it's hard to figure out why. RAM has a possible effect.
