looks like somebody is looking to buy a dell insperation 9300 laptop.
Get the cheapest one with the least ram and the crappest video card,
reflash the bios and fit a better cpu, new egg sells ram alot cheaper than dell do, then take out your battery P.S.U. and video card sell them on ebay and get a 256mb 7800 mobile and matching P.S.U
You now have a dell XPS gen 2 for half the price dell would charge you.
If you were stuck to those choices and cant afford to modify it or upgrade well the one with the 256 video card is better but you get screwed by the lower cpu.
you can do a pin mod on that cpu to make it run as 2gig instead of 1.73

It looks like you can yes nearly all decent laptops these days come with removable pci express mobile cards...
ATI dont make very good mobile cards as they use half video ram and half system ram to give the total. Nvidia are way better in the mobile gaming department.
you can fit any PCI express mobile card to it but you have to be confident in opening up your laptop ...

can u upgrade the gfx on the E1505?
?
I can overclock it!
branded Laptop bios such as dell and others wont let you overclock you have to fool the bios into thinking its a different cpu type via pin mods
so i can buy a Dell E1505 and upgrade the graphics from the ATI to a Nividia 6800 or a 7800 card?

Yes but you need to upgrade the standard power supply and battery form i think it is 90watts to 130 watts for the 7800 mobile graphics card or you can only score around 5000 3dmarks
Underpower means less acceleration of video and lower scores
I have the feeling you will run into a similar problem with the cyberpower one aslo, lots of settings in laptop Bios are locked a freind of mine turned his 9300 into a xps gen 2 with bios flash and new components.
Its the same board as your cyberpower one looking at the available options
