Umm, that just looks like a normal PCI slot coloured differently. A PCI-Express bus is usually placed back a bit from the PCI slots. The PCI-Express slot is usually placed at the top of the expansion slot area. It's usually identifyable with a little clip at the end.

If you really want to know, look up your motherboard on google and read up on the specs... but like he said, I doubt thats pci-e

look up your specs at your manufacturers website. That is either a regular PCI slot, or a special WiFi/Audio PCI slot that some mobos ship with, check your documentation.

The orange slot is a pci slot, the only thing different about it is that it supports one of msi's dual bluetooth/802.11G pci cards.
