I found in my local store GeForce 7300 GS 512MB its only 70$ i dont believe my eyes when i saw it. I think maby this Graphic card not that good why its so cheap?

No, its junk, avoid. 512MB of RAM on that graphics card wouldn't be any different than if it had 128MB as the graphics chipset on it just won't do anything more to warrant the RAM. What you have there is a low end chipset which the manufacturer has cleverly put a lot of what is most likely cheap ram to trick new players. Its the chipset that matters, not the ram. As a comparison, it'd be like having a Celeron 1GHz with 2GB of Ram next to a P4 3GHz with 512MB of ram, the celeron won't come close in performance.
For your $90, go buy a second hand 9800 Pro or FX5700/5900, either will be faaaar better than your existing card or that 7300GS. You might even have enough money left over for a bit more system memory.

Couldn't agree more. All the 7300GS is is a glorified 5200 with the 7 series core. Inaddition to what mlkmnz said, the card only has a 64 bit memory interface. Here's the specs for it,
