    Graphics card Help

I'm looking to purchase a new video card. I currently have a 256MB x600. I'm looking to spend anywhere from 150-250 (cdn) on it. What do you guy's think of these cards?

    ATI/SAPPHIRE X1300 PCI-E 256MB DVI TVout
    sVGA N369 Geforce 6600 256MB PCI-E
    ATI/SAPPHIRE X800GTO PCI-E 256 MB

The x800 is the most expensive card in that list, but isn't it an older model compared to the x1300? Also, I only have a 250 watt PSU, can that handle the above cards? Any help would be greatly apreciated.

What are the rest of your system specs? From the sounds of your psu, it looks like you have a Dell or something similar.

          Yeah its a dell.

          I'm running this
          3.0 P4 @ 800Mhz FSB
          2.0 GB ram 4x512 PC 3200 DDR2 Ram
          Ati 256mb x600
Soundblaster Live 24-bit 5.1 surround sound
          Dell W1900 LCD TV

Now which card is more powerful?

          ATI/SAPPHIRE X800GTO PCI-E 256 MB $219.99 (CDN)
          or
ASUS Extreme N6800GT SLI 256MB PCIE $269.99 (CDN)

I'm not interested in who perfers who, but in actual hard numbers/actual first hand expierances.
Thanks once again for the help

            Re: Graphics card Help

the x800 is the best for current games, and then the x1300.

The X800GTO is a fine choice. Mine can handle all high settings at 1280x1024. Though, your 250W won't handle the load the X800 will generate. You might want to look at buying one of the Dell PSUs. I forgot where you can get them but i've seen them around before.

GTo by far, has 12 pipelines and pretty good clocks for core and mem, the X1300 is just BAD, i''m not sure teh 6600 will beat it, but i mean, the X1600Pro can't even beat out the 6600GT in most games, and i KNOW the GTO beats the 6600GT.
