accelero's are out

Hey, the new Artic Cooling Accelero's for GPU's are out on newegg and other stores. I saw a review for them and they blow heat to the CPU or something, has anyone purchased one or know anything about them? like if they are easy to install and SLi compatible.

been out for over 1 month over here

from the reviews they are better than the nv5 at cooling but also very silent even when an is set to 100% fan speed
