    Centering the Saitek Evo Force.

Everybody, I was wondering is their a way to center the Saitek Evo Force. Everytime I get into a plane the rudder control steers to the Right a little bit. Is there any software that I can download to fix this problem.

    Thanks.

Re: Centering the Saitek Evo Force.

dude i had such joystick and i throw it away ... i dont know if it is problem of joystick or game .... but it was ****in unplayable with that sudden right turnings i have crashed so many times...
after trying everything possible i gave up.

now actualy if you really want to fight to get ur joy work in bf2 try this:

there are latest beta drivers of software and drivers, now there is deadzone tab in joystick control panel

    also u may try this:

it is some kind of universal advanced calibration utility, with ability of adding deadzone to different axis

    wish u good luck

p.s. i also created game profile for playing bf2 with this joystick wich may be helpful (but for sure will not fix right driffting). it is here: http://www.saitekforum.com/showthread.php?t=9023

Re: Centering the Saitek Evo Force.

I use that DXtweak program on my evo force as well. It helps a whole bunch, but lately I have noticed my stick is just ridiculously inaccurate after maybe a year of usage. The deadzone does not work in XP but you can use it to adjust the "centre" of the rudder so that it is slightly to the right, thereby counteracting the right pull of the rudder. Really useful app.

PM me if you need help setting it up.
