the people who have this card no that it comes with a cable that goes from molex and than to six pin and harddrive...but i have a loose six-pin connector comming straight from my psu aswell... can i use that aswell or should i stick with the one that goes to the harddrive aswell ?

I assume you're referring to a splitter that splits a 6 pin and divides it between your X850 and your HDD.
You should be able to use the 6 pin straight from your PSU and that's what I would do. -

hmmm, lol no it's grey actually... my humor's too harsh i guess.... oh by the way i did it and it worked... my harddrive had me scared for a moment, i connected the sata thingy and it keep saying the system couldnt find a hdd... but stupid me, i put the plug between like the casing the hdd is in and the hdd ^^ lool....but it feels just like you've plugged it in... ah well it's fine now ^^ thnxOriginally posted by TalusIs the sky blue?
