    a dumb question

    i am pretty sure this is a dumb question but one i am only just maken sure about i have a gigabyte sli board, would be able to use 2 ati crossfire cards on it? i just wanna make sure before i even think about getten an ati card

      No i don't think you can. But you may be able to. ATI and Nvidia are rivals and i don't think they would like the enemy to use their parts. But i hear that someone made a patch that tweaks the nvidia drivers that will enable SLI on any motherboard with two PCI express slots.

          There is no way it can work as SLI or Crossfie. If you are going with a single card then ATI on Nvidia board of vice versa is fine.
