Their online store navigation sucks, and the shipping is usually a day behind newegg, but they are just as good. Gotta love the nearly free 2 day shipping option on lots of the stuff, though Zipzom 2 day shipping reaches me in the same time as Newegg 3-5 day shipping.. lol

I've always gotten my product shipped pretty fast from ZipZoomFLy. I'm not sure about their customer service though.

ZipZoomFly is excellent, but only if you know what you're looking for. Its hell to naviagte through it, atleast compared to Newegg.

Free 2-day shipping on 99% of items rocks. Having to pay tax just because I live in California, however, does not.

From what I've heard zzf is very good, and I wouldn't worry about ordering from them.

I just ordered a heatsink for my cpu there and I ordered it on wednesday night and its supposed to get here today. It's about 30-40 min away right now.

zzf compares well to newegg imo.

zzf usualy ships a day later though, as mentioned. If you need something overnight it's hard to beat newegg.

Imo newegg is getting a little high on itself. Their prices on some items are higher than zzf and other competitors.

It's a great site, like someone said the shipping is like a day behind, but is also free. Plus some items are cheaper, like examply the FX60, Some are, some are not. But most of their stuff comes with free shipping.
Their customes support is as good as neweggs. I had to deal with them once, and had no problems, they are not as easy to give refunds, ussually they will exchange and like a credit type of thing.
