Yeah, that's a good card. PSU should be alright. Your sig says you already have a 6800XT, getting another? Or putting stuff in your sig that you don't have??

for SLi with two 6800s, I would go for 500. but you should have about 24A on the +12v i belive...

And also, would I be able to unlock this card to like 12 instead of 8?

no 12 =(,and with 1 gig of ram medium-high, closer to high though./
