I just got a new 160GB 7200rpm hard drive today. Set it up as a slave drive. Have my old HD a 100GB 5200rpm i think it is...I have the OS and page file on the old drive, and have re-installed BF2 onto the new faster drive. Should i set the page file onto the new drive as well, or only, or not at all? what would be the best setup for gaming... (IE: O/S and Page file on 1 drive and game software on other, ect ect) If i have it all wrong please enlighten me :)

I have mine set up same as yours--page file and OS on one drive and games on the other. Although BF2 shouldn't need to access the page file if you have 2gb of memory -

Im running a much older machine tho, Im pretty sure it uses pagefile just to open notepad.. P4 2.5ghz, 512mb and 128mb ram, 256ddr3 geforce video,
160gb hitachi, 120gb samsung, generic 5.1 surround with creative 5.1 speakersComment

Run the OS and games on the 7200RPM drive and put music files etc on the 5200 RPM drive. DO NOT RAID THEM.Comment
