Is this not an AGP slot?

Ok my buddy has a Dimension 8300, he took the case apart and looked in it. He has a GEforce 5200 PCI card. Now according to this picture, the AGP slot is the green one and the PCI slots are the white ones. Now He said the card is plugged into the green slot. I had him go into Device manager and check under display adapters and it says the card is in PCI bus port1. WTF? This is confusing as hell! If anyone has an idea whats going on, I'd appreciate the insight. PS, I've posted on other forums, but I get replies quicker than anywhere on here, thanks! The link to the MOBO is below......

ur wrong, if u notice the guy says its a AGP 8x and if u look above the PCI slots there is a green slot, that is a AGP 8x slot, AGP slots are always a different color from teh PCI

            riiiiiiiite PCiexpress riiiiiiiiiiiiiiite.

that is an AGP slot, I belive there is some weird thing where it says that sometimes, im not sure. Either it is a special PCI slot @_@ , doubt it, or his PCI card still fits in it @_@, doubt it, or it just registers the slot as PCI1, this has happened a couple times on old previous computers I had. I dont know about solving any problems cuz im not exactly sure if im right.

he might not have motherboard or video drivers installed, making the video card run in PCI combatibility mode (or it could just be some odd occurance in windows) Unless his games are running like crap (something not all to uncommon however with a fx5200 .. lol) dont worry about it

its a dell, and unless he bought new hardware or took it out or something, his motherboard and chipset drivers will be there,
