BIOS flash need immediate help.

I have an albatron k8sli mobo. it came with1.01 bios.

I made a disk of the newest BIOS and flashed, after I flashed it, windows would not load, before it even got to the windows loading screen, it blue screened, and I would never load. I tried multiple BIOS versions *(i used a different computer of course) and none worked. I finally used the original (1.o1) and it worked. Why did it do this, I really want up to date BIOS.

There's no need to update your BIOS unless you're having problems with your current BIOS. If you are having problems, then yes you should update it.

The only thing I can say is to make sure you are updating it correctly. I've never messed with an Albatron before so I can't give you any specifics.

well like, Im at 1.01, the next one up was 1.07. So i tried 1.07, and it worked!!!!!

so I move up one more to 1.07a, and it doesnt work. it doesnt make sense... so im back at 1.01. ugh.
