if you want it to last longer save up 86 more bucks and get an X1800 XT http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...N82E16814127199 MSI X1800XT 399

Everything looks fine, but I'd go with this for a mobo:

If you're getting a retail processor you don't need a heatsink, the proc will come with one. For the proc don't get the 4000+, get a x2 3800+.

Dual core, it'll last longer, and you can easily oc it to 2.4ghz (4000+ speed).

Yeah I was taking a look at ASUS but I have herd alot of complaints about the board's chips, fans, etc not working. Is this really a good board?

Also Nvidia Geforce 7800 GT pwns x1800 in sli mode, plus its just a few FPS difference in bf2

        *EDIT*
Well if I get a 3800 dual core and OC to a 4000+, will it be like "AMAZING" fast?

you want it to last 2-3 years? wait for vista, that way you can get Socket M2, and a DX10 graphics card. trust me. it wont be long.

It will be when you compare it to your pc right now, and it'll be so much smoother that you won't ever go back to a single core.
