    New mouse and mousepad

I'm going to get a new mouse and mousepad, and I would like to know what the most popular is on the market right now. I've been thinking of the G7 and for the mousepad the Steelpad QcK. What would you do? If you have one of these things please tell me about them. I will buy the G7 mouse, but I'm not sure about the mousepad, please give me some input in this matter.

PS. I'm not even sure, if the G7 Laser mouse can even work proberly on a Steelpad?

I think the QcK+ is too big, I also want some space for other things like my sellphone, mp3 etc. But right now I'm not sure of anything.

I also saw this Corepad mousepad and it's huge. It's the point that you will have both the mouse and the keyboard on it. What do you think about this?

Do you know if the G7 Laser mouse will work on any of these?

Edit: It does work great on a Steelpad, but ofcourse not on an Icemat. :)

well if you want to save a few bucks the MX518 is just as good as the g5, just with a lower max DPI(1600 compared at 2000)

Let me quote myself, if you don't understand what's being written here..

I will buy the G7 mouse, but I'm not sure about the mousepad, please give me some input in this matter.
That means, that I have picked my mouse, so I don't really need advice on other mouses, and surtainly not on a keyboard..
