I don't know much about that Biostar mobo... Why are you determined to spend the extra cash on an SLi Motherboard when you plan on getting one card? There are plenty of good single card boards out there for $70-$80. I'd definitely get an EVGA 7800GT with the money saved, maybe even another 512 of ram. If you did that you'd have BF2 up to max settings with no lag.
