Somehow I lost my glasses. Based on his specs I thought he would have an AGP slot. I don't see he has a laptop. But hell, my bad if I misunderstood.

    Cheers

I touchd on this a while ago, If the thread is a page or even 2 pages, just read it. I'm not putting down anyone, it can be an honest mistake. But if it a help/hardware thread, it is extremely important to be thorough with advice and suggestions. I personally recommended a piece of hardware awhile back (posted link and picture) and missed the socket of a processor. It would have been a mess. The person almost purchased the item (heatsink and fan) and luckily I read the start of the thread again to see my mistake. Most people that post for help may or may not know something about computer's. Just an FYI.

This is just lovely. So should I just invest $500 into an Xbox 360?

^That depends on what you prefer Console or PC, but people will give arguements over that issue so I won't touch that.

Anyway if your going to buy a desktop/laptop pc, don't buy low spec stuff, I suggest you invest in a higher specced Desktop PC, or even build it yourself, read tutorials or ask people here if you don't know, anyway its easier to buy it yourself as it cuts the money up, instead of spending a huge sum in one turn, you can buy new parts for your new PC in stages, when you have the money etc.

You cant "invest" in an xbox 360....
I would just save up some more money and buy a pc for around 900 dollars.

If you dont want, the 500 dollars would probably get you around 80 hours of internet cafe bf2 playing time.
