HELP with overclocking CPU/GPU

hey guys i just got a new computer with dual 7800gtx's and a amd 3800+ dual core. im new to the whole thing and i want to over clock my gpu and cpu but since im new i dont want to screw it up and i was wondering if ther was any1 that could help me walk thru it over aim or somthing. if u can tell me and ill give u my sn. i have a Aspire 600W DARK SIDE POWER ATX Power Supply, and a (Sckt939)EVGA nForce4 SLI Chipset SATA RAID Dual PCI-E Mainboard w/GbLAN,USB2.0,&7.1Audio mother board.

don't know what your mean actualy .

i don't know the FSBx multiplier in your case (actualy HTT with amd) , how fast does that 3800x2 run at this moment ?

those vid cards, let them run at 460 or 470 (core) and the memory on 1300 (650) , then you shouldn't get any problems , my card runs fine on 490/1350 but I do have mounted a big dual slot cooler on it

Dont overclock dude if you dont know what your doing i am extremely serious if you change something in the bios you can actually frie your cpu then you will have to pay for another 3800+Amd....be with sommeon that could teach it to you or read ALOT! of forums about overcloacking!

i learned how to overcloack with 3 people guiding me and i read a whole lot of overclocking forums that people sended me.....start with the one "Sir. MatDef" pasted...(google is your best friend for information)
