As you may know, logitech have recently released a new gaming keyboard, the G15, which has been selling like hotcakes. I have recently got one, and while the keyboard it great, the inbuilt LCD lacks support. I was wondering, seeing as the LCD was made for games like BF2, whether you are going to be a forerunner and make sure the game is compatiable with the device. Thanks alot!

Re: Support for G15 LCD?
Civilization IV added support for the keyboard in its most recent patch, so it's definitely possible to add it to a finished game...Originally posted by Sir. FullforceCurrently the only game that supports the G15 is Brothers in Arms. And I don't think adding functionality like this to a finished game is possible.
That being said, I was rather skeptical about the G15 but after using one for a while, it's actually pretty useful. As I said, CivIV uses it to display a log of messages each turn; Ventrilo's latest beta client has support for it and will show you an event log, who's in the channel, who's talking, etc; and so on. It's pretty handy to have that stuff readily available.
I don't think it'll ever be added to BF2, but a few ideas for what you could display: squad members (with info like class, kills, etc), maybe a small overview map of the battlefield (with flag status), chat log, event log, etc. There's a lot of potential there.Comment
