You will have many settings on high, and your computer will run well.

If you have the money, I would go for the 7800GT just because it saves you from updating your video card in the near future.

the 7800gt will not have much performance inscrease in bf2, but in other games it will. That is the same motherboard I have let me give you a quick overview of the pros and cons of it.
Pros:
Sli
pretty good overclocker
small
some cool features like backup BIOS

Cons:
small
only x8 bandwidth when only using one video card
BIOS has a few issues (may want to flash to newest BIOS, but not too important)
a couple arragnement issues for SATA ports and such, but not too bad.
SLi cards too close, so a little extra heat is generated, but fine if you dont overclock your cards.
2 PCI slots.

overall it is a good motherboard, but for the price I payed for it (130$) I could have gotten something better. If you have the extra cash to spare I would buy this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813123246. but not TOO important.

Go for something from dfi or asus for that price.

I don't think the OEM processor comes with cooling, so you'll need to buy that yourself

If you plan on OC'ing, I would get a OEM CPU and a aftermarket HS. I would also change the CPU to a 3700+ SD ($30 difference)as they seem to be excellent OC'ers.

I really wouldn't go oem, because oem=no warranty. Just go with the retail box and if you wanna oc, pick up a better heatsink.

Actually OEM usually means only one year warranty.

I would change to the 3700+ as well, because it operates faster, but not because of OCing. The 3200+ OCs very very well too. read the neweg reviews.

The 1Mb L2 of the 3700+ compared to the 512k is a plus also.

O yeah, very true. Yep I would go with the 3700 for only 30$ more.
Also, If incase you do get the 3200+, with that mobo I was only able to get my CPU to 2.5ghz. And it hasnt crashed yet, but I havent checked for much stability. And I get longer repeating sounds in Bf2, and other applications, which is a sign of some instability or ram problems.
