also, I know that extreme heat and too much voltage can cause damage to the CPU. Am I fine with 1.5 - 1.52 volts at 2.5ghz? and a artic silencer 64 ultra heatsink?

AND, after those two posts get answered, I have a statement to make. So I raised the chipset voltage to 1.6, and kept the ddr voltage at 2.7 (please tell me if I should raise this!!!!). I decided to move my RAM to 166mhz, which leveled out at 208mhz because of the added HTT. When I hit "quit" on bf2 I blue screened of death, with no reason behind it, most likely ram related. So I put it back down to 133 and it seems to be fine.

It should be fine of course if you are w/in good temps. What are they when running Prime?

my mobo's temp manager is messed up, and the only way to fix it is by flashing the BIOS, which Im not going to do right now, I will some day, to make my mobo Dual Core supported. But Im installing a temp front panel soon.

How far off would you say your temps are? Remember, it's very important to monitor your temps. I wouldn't even attempt to OC if I could not manage my temps. Maybe this is what's causing your BSOD's?

well, I dont know if it is because of temps, because I can have it at 2.5ghz or 2.55ghz for 5 hours playing games and running programs fine, but then OC to 2.6ghz for 15 seconds and will BSOD. Also, I BSOD'd after bf2, when I Oced ram, not CPU. Hopefully I will get my temp reader setup.
