    I was about to say...

    Dell uses a different standard than ATX.....it similar but they modified it for their own proprietary needs.

    I've also heard they rewire the pins on the power cables from the PSU to avoid people swapping parts out on their own.

    It wouldnt be a great idea to try it and fry something.
