Looking for a new 80mm LED fan,any suggestions

Well I want to spend about 10 dollars on a 80mm blue LED fan,I am only getting it cause I want to make my case glow blue so I would lke it to be VERY BRIGHT!
-any suggestions

These are the coolest 80mm fans I've seen.

They have 4 blue leds in the corners and 5 red leds in the hub that are timed to produce dynamic paterns of light.

nice those look sick! fans dont have to be in a specific spot correct? you can screw them in anywhere u want?
