    Yeah thats nice, anybody actually have a setup? Besides, ati just caught up and now the 7900 is coming out, so it's anybody's game.

      I know, im just posting so everyone get's informed, but you are right. Plus the X1800 and X1900 are new architectures, i can't wait for G80 GPU, should be awesome.

        Same thing with ATI cards in general. They have more raw horse power so they can buckle down and render tougher things.

        My X850XT PE renderings really awesomely 1280x1024 and everythign on full. Smooth as butter.

          I am not impressed with ATI.. Only 13.7fps gain from X1800XT Crossfire in 1600x1200 4xAA/16AA, when the 7800GTX SLI boasts a 33.5fps improvement.. I constantly see between 85-90fps out of my single Extreme 7800GT Dual, so a whole 9.7fps improvement for about $120 more for the X1800XT's. Needless to say, I am still glad I went with the 7800GT Dual, I feel very secure with how "future proof" it is. But I guess we'll have to see what the X1900XTX can bring to the table as far as competition.
