Thats a list of cards available here, the maximum price I'm paying is 20,000, which card would be the best under 20,000?

If 20000 is your budget, get the:

MSI ATI Radeon X800 256MB DDR3, 390MHz C, 700MHz M, 256bit, D, T, PCI-Express

It is the best value at that store.

for 19000 get the x1600pro. Im pretty sure it performs better than the x800, and performs basically the same as the 6800gs which is like 3k more. from the quick scan of the list Im pretty sure the x1600pro is the best bet.

No, I'd say the gs is way better than the x1600pro, but in his price range the x800 would be the best.
