    X1900 Released!

Yep, just like the title says. The X1900 has been released! This was really unexpected since ATI said they wouldn't release it for another couple months. And look the the prices, pretty cheap for a card like that. ATI has really done it this time.

Sweet, thx for the links, i was loking at those benchies, and with a FX-60 and one x1900 XT, you can break the 5000 mark on 3DMark06, infact you get 5348, the highest ive seen so far. The thing i cant wait to see is how this card does in CrossFire mode.....

I was just looking around and came across these...

                ATi RADEON X1900 XT 512MB CrossFire (625MHz VPU / 1450MHz GDDR-3) (not XTX) (AMD A64 FX-57 2.8GHz) - 13,501 3DMarks for $1098

                ATi RADEON X1900 XT 512MB (625MHz VPU / 1450MHz GDDR-3) (AMD A64 FX-57 2.8GHz) ~10,000 3DMarks for $549 (L311.04)

If you ask me, their not right.. ive seen better with the current 7800GT/X on a 3700+... so im not sure, but still.

I also came across this, a comparason between the x1900XT and the 7800 GTX.

And not supprisingly the x1900 wins on all the tests, although its not much of a match 512 vs 256 RAM, the clock speeds, etc etc.

dam so which one is performs the best with lets say a daul core 3800+?

I might change my mind about buying the 7800GTX and go for this so call 7900/ does this 7900 have any benchmarks?

                  thanks

What ever you want, I'd wait to see how good the 7900 is first.
