    Memory Size 256MB
    Memory Interface 256-bit
    Memory Type GDDR3
    3D APIDirectX DirectX 9
    OpenGL OpenGL 2.0

Now this is Factory overclocked.....some people say that BF2 wont work with cards that are Overclocked after purchase......

This comes overclocked, do you think BF2 will be able to run properly with it?

Bf2 will run fine on non-factory oc'ed cards. And it runs great on my factory oc'ed xfx.

I would stay away from BFG, heard a lot of bad things about them recently. I would go with the following:

      ASUS - Has 1st pick of GPU's
      eVGA - Has 2nd Pick of GPU's
      XFX - Has 3rd pick of GPU's

Cruise over to Tom's Hardware and look at the tests and the data from teh benchmarks there. They are on the money like 99% of the time.

Whoever told you that BF2 won't work with overclocked vid cards is full of crap. It is a little more sensitive yes, but that is it.

I suggest you find whoever told you that and punch them for spreading false information.

I had a friend today try to tell me that BF2 "doesn't like" overclocked hardware...

I say total BS... how would the game know if your 3.0 is at 4.5 or anything else...

It is a bit more sentsitive, I will get artifacts in BF2 before any games, it was the same way with BF:V. But that doesn't mean that they will not work, I've got quite a large OC on my card and have no problems.

Maybe, but they're not the no.1 nvidia retailer in the u.s. for nothing. So no matter what the compaints have been recently, I still vote for bfg. Besides, who ever hears the good things?

It may have a GPU 100- 160MHz Faster, and slightly faster ram, but if i bought that then my Nvidia Nforce 4 SLI motherboard would be useless.....and AIT's Chipsets are crap. (northbridge)

Also, BF2 is backed by Nvidia, and ive had ATI's before and never liked them much, Nvidia has never done me wrong.

                        Thanks for the suggestion tho.

I don't know why everyone thinks BF2 is backed by NV, ATI cards do better at high rez+AA and AF in it (and honestly who buys a 7800/X1800 to not use at least 1280x1024 6xAA 16xAF),

No, they're not 'backed' by nvidia, nvidia just sponsors them to get their name on the very popular game, increasing the popularity of their products. Anyways, ATI runs a newer 90nm core in their X1xxx series.
