Okay Im going to be building a shuttle for lan gaming and such because my home one is too big etc. Im going to get a barebones system and build from there and I wanted to know some opinions? PCI-e or AGP? Im thinkin PCIe, even with it being a shuttle. for the CPU, im thinking 3000+ 64, and for gfx card I choosing between a card such as the x800gt, or a 6600gt. This is just for lan gaming not a huge performance monster. Price not TOO much of an issue. Any suggestions?

Well..in this day and age, go with PCI-e. And if price is not much of an issue, then fill it with what you can afford. 6600GT may be a bit weak if you're used to your current setup

well, its mainly for going to LANs, not extreme gaming. i guess a 600gt would be a little weak, but I mean, bf2 on medium is okay I guess. Maybe a x800gt? or something of the sort.Comment

I don't know much about ATI cards..so I don't know of the GT is a crappier version of the XT...but an X800 sounds like it'll do the trick.Comment
