Getting a new pc, but..

I'm worried about the processor i'm getting, it is A64 3700+ san diego, that is the best I can afford, but is it good enough? Will it become a bottleneck for mid range card in the year 2007 before 2 years?

im getting a 3700+sd, it should be fine...can allways overclock it ?

Can you overclock it with the stock fan...? I'm not really an expert with processor overclockin, even don't know how to do it...
