Yeah, this is an excellent PSU. Hiper are known for building high quality components, and this one has the necessary protection, plus well-powered rails.

The only negative opinions I've heard about this PSU is that it's not as silent as one would hope. Haven't tried it myself though, so I can't really tell. Google for some reviews :)

I had to buy a new PSU myself a week ago, and it stood between the ThermalTake 680W PurePower and the Hiper. I chose the Thermaltake because it's made specifically for SLI systems, and it also had a very nice finish to fit my case.

Im not good PSUs thats why i ask, when it comes to that im the biggest noob

I think that whole section about power just went past my head :/

Im also looking for some that is neat and powerful, im still planning some wire manegment for what i have now
