what settings do u think i'll be able to play BF2 on with the X550 256mb?

1024x768 with all on Low/Off with Textures on Medium or 800x600 with Mostly Low/Medium
You may be able to push highest textures but that video processor is much slower than for example, a 128mb 9800 Pro.

Textures on medium for sure as that is more dependent on system RAM. Everything else toy around with.
