Re: pwnage
I've been following the 2 x 1Gb sticks. The initial results were good, but I wasn't impressed with the current batch. I want something that does 280mhz 3-3-3-8 for a reasonable price. I'm not paying $370 for ram that are barely netting what mine do at worse timings. They aren't even in stock at their site:Originally posted by gsxr310Hopefully I can get my rig up there! (Off topic) anyone know where they have Mushkin Redliness in stock?

Not trying to brag. I'm just letting people know you don't have to pay $1300 for this performance. I love overclocking.Originally posted by Sir. MatDefStop bragging.

Re: pwnage
Unfortunetly, the FX-60 has a cold bug so it won't get very high ocs.Originally posted by lil_jimmy_nortonYes but in all likelyhood, that CPU will make it over 3.0Ghz.
The highest Ive seen so far is 3.3 on LN2 (and 3.1 on WC). For something on LN2, that's pretty sad =(
I got a FX-60 yesterday, CCB2E 0548SPMW. By water-cooling, 3DMark ran completely upto 3.1GHz@Vcore=1.665V, and by LN2-cooling, it can run upto 3.3GHz and got 3DMark05: 17564 score. http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm05=1682242 Vgpu&Vmem modded 7800GTX512(SLI)@695MHz/1.93GHz by water-cooling using ForceWare-83.10 driver.
Then again, that's pretty good for Toledo cores.Comment
