Ram working in single channel but not dual channel

I have a asus sli deluxe,

was working fine 2 hours ago, i recently moved the comp into a new case, and I stratched the back by accident, i can see some copper but it does not look too harsh.

the same ram was working fine before i moved the case. right now it always just gives me a long beep whenever i run 2 sticks in dual channel, if I run the 2 sticks in single channel it runs fine.

what can i do?

I'm not following here. Did you scratch it or stretch it? And which part did you "stratch"; the mobo, the RAM? The CPU, the case?
Also, where do you see copper?

Ah, so it's the motherboard you've scratched!

The damage is close to the RAM slots, but the picture is too blurry to see if it's related - however I guess it is since the problem exists.

Would it be possible to post a sharper image, where we can see closer which "metal bands/strands" you've scratched?
Either way, I'm no electrician so I wouldn't be able to help you either way, but with a sharper picture the guys who knows their way around a circuit board will be able to :)
