I used to hate my little GeForce 6800.. but now, for some strange reason, I've broke 5000 in 3DMark05, and average 35-80 FPS in BF2 with High settings, Medium dynamics and texture filtering, 2 xAA at 1204 x 768, when jus ta few months ago, I was lucky to get 20 FPS with Medium settings.

Yes.. I am very happy at the moment.. yes.. you probably don't care.. but anyway's.. I wub my 6800.

You need to get the Silencer5 cooling kit for your 6800. It will take your gpu temps down almost 10C. Ill bet your running around 66C give or take durring loads. If your idle temp is 60C its not good.

Idle is around 47-50, under load is 60-65, so it's not too bad.

Silencer5 holds my ATI 850XT PE to 32*C idle, no more then 45 under load, and thats overclocked from 540/590 to 581/617.
