    need higher 3dmark05 score

    i just ran it and got 3500 and i want atleast 5000 is this possible because this too me is just too low

    well you can always overcloack but i dont really think your gonna hit that 5000 with a MSI 6600gt 128mb...

      No 5000 is not possible with a 6600GT. Most 6800gts are hitting the 5000 range IIRC.

        yeah i want to oc my 3200 to 2.2 but i have no idea how (suggestions)?
        Also i was wondering if it is safe to oc my card with the nvidia oc program?
        and if not whats a good program to oc my card with

          Check out www.extremeoverclocking.com They have some good guides, I can link you to the when I get home.

          Best thing to use IMO to overclock the vid card is Coolbits, and yes it's safe.

                I don't know, each card is diffrent. Just keep incrementing it up until it fails the test, then back it off a little more.

                  the best way to OC your videocard is to go up in 5MHz increments. then run 3DMark05 to check for artifacts, etc.. also, keep an eye on the temps of your videocard.

                    with a 6600gt, u can maybe get to 550/1100, because its clocked pretty high already, not so sure.

                      i put it to 555/1100 and i can see a major diffrence now to oc my 3200 any suggestions for programs ( iahve stock cooling will this b effected if i go from 2.0 to around 2.25

                        You don't use programs to overclock your CPU, yuu use your BIOS.
