    Upgrade Question

    Hey Guys,
I was just wondering what you guys thought about this upgrade,

I Just bought a AMD 3200+ venice and an Asus A8N SLI Motherboard.
When my next Paypal Funds Transfer completes we come to my question
    Should I get a http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130256
    or

I understand it may seem like a no brainer but my knowledge is not as good as some of the useers of this forum so I figure you guys can help me out. With such a small price difference you'd think the 7800 would be the one to get but I'm not sure. Can you guys help? I think the sale ends today(at least it seems to me that the 7800 would have to be on sale) IS EVGA a cheap company or something?
I will also be running 1 gig(2 gig if you can run DRAM and SRAM at the same time, not sure aobut that though) I would like to run BF2 with some good graphics(I'm upgrading from a radeon 9200)

Sorry for the long post, so what do you guys think?

    Re: Upgrade Question

go for the 7800GT, that card is one of the fastest if not the very fastest of the 7800GT, plus EVGA has a lifetime warranty.

If you have the money, go with the 7800gt.

the 7800 for sure, but if your arent lookin to spend that money, the 6800gs still rocks. With 1.5gigs of ram and one gs, you can play at max just fine. and with one gig of ram, high settings 2xAA. But if you have the dough definitly get the 7800gt.

7800GT, that evga one comes with the copper heatsink (the other evga one is more expensive and has a worse aluminum heatsink), an dit's factory overclocked. the 7800GT is way better, also, u could get a evga 6800GS on newegg for 190 bucks, instead of PNY's 6800GS for 230 bucks.
