The Leadtek one is instock now, whilst the XFX isn't. Im just wondering whether it's worth waiting for the XFX because ive only heard good things about them, whilst i haven't heard much about Leadtek.

I'll take the final answer from lil_jimmy_norton :p

go for the XFX, or get the eVGA 7800gtx KO (if you can find it). XFX (even though people on these forums say otherwise) performs really well and is a great card maker. The KO, is the fastest GTX i think, its hard to find though. Yeah but I would say xfx, of course I havent heard anything bad about Leadtek, but XFX always performs well, comes factory overclocked sometimes and comes with free games in the box, something leadtek doesnt do.

You haven't heard about Leadtek, lol? In my book, they're second only to eVGA and BFG. They're especially excellent overclockers because of their larger heatsink. I prefer eVGA, but Leadtek is just as good.

                Or Leadtek!!! :) :)

I wouldn't call XFX a good brand. Heard lots of complaints about them...

I think i'll get the XFX. The only eVGA i could find had a lower clock speed and cost £40 more :hmm:

                    Re: Which should i get?

I would recommend Leadtek over XFX, not the least because the Leadtek with overclock farther.

But ya can't beat the lifetime warranty on the BFG cards. ANyways, i don't care about warrantys, the second i overclock the GPU, teh warranty is voided, so that makes warrantys insignificant.

Not everyone OC's their hardware, and i dont see a point to OC a 7800GTX
