Upgrading dell mobo

I am upgrading my brothers dell. the only remaining dell hardware is hte mobo and case. he has a p4 3.0ghz that i will be overclocking for him. which one is better?:

says something about raid, might be good for his 2 hard drives

and i will also be getting him a new case, cpu fan, and a 7800gt. so does it need to be a nvidia chipset?

of the two I would go with the MSI motherboard, they are for the most part the same and MSI is a great company. Does it have to be an nvidia chipset? no it doesnt, but from what I have seen, it would perform a little better if the card GPU maker and the mobo chipset maker were the same.

he does already have it and trust me i have considered switchin to amd. but thats a bit out of his budget and i wuld also have to swtich his ram from ddr2 to ddr. i figure im just gonna overclock the hell out of his p4.
