Friggin' "Logitech Extreme 3D Pro" Broke: Joystick Questions

This thing is neither "extreme" or "pro" in fact it bites donkey balls. I have been rocking this thing for about 6 months and it has gone off center and can't be calibrated (from what I have read). Now evertime I fly the nose of the plane drifts down, so I need a new one. I am wondering are there joysticks out there that can be calibrated if they go off center? Also are there digital joysticks that avoid this problem?

I got the same Joystick and this is happening to me too also. I bought 3 year warranty (over the counter) for it so I'm taking it back again for the 4th time.

Good thinking Add. I found this thread in another forum with some good info about this joystick:

Most joysticks develop a pull. I had a Siatek 3d Cyborg and it pulled a bit to the left. I have an X52 now, and I get no pull, but its also more then most people would want to pay for a HOTAS.

FYI: Switching my joystick sensitivity to 1 fixed my joystick issues.

the Logitech 3D Pro is known for the pots that control the joystick to get dirty and make it always want to turn, I know I'm on my 4th one,,

you can call logitech and they will replace it, or you can take it apart and clean the pots,

            I've done mine twice....

            not worth the work

RMA and get them to send you a new one...
