Im looking to build a Pc sometime next month. Ive been to Newegg and seen what they have. Where can i go to gain a bit of knowledge on the different parts that will make up my gaming rig. I mean i want to know what makes a good motherboard, what processor works well with everything else, What dont i need to spend the extra money on and etc.Any help will be greatly appreciated.....Thanks.

well a good mobo would be one that is socket 939 and has a PCI-Express x 16 slot on it, and then an AMD 64 would be the best processor (get whichever one of those is in your budget), and then get 1 gig or more of ram, corsair is a good brand (i use geIl it works great), and then for a graphics card and Nvidia 6800 or 7800 or an ATI X1800 will be great w/ a good power supply and all the other little parts to make it work that would be a good gaming comp.Comment

well i went throw this soo in the end i got an alienware lol ya not much help but if ur a kid like me ur mom will wanna buy a comp off the shelf lik all ready built sooo....
dells xps 400 is good but alienware is good also just more expenseive
