I'd say its about equal, the real question is why not buy 2 7800GTs for about 600 for the pair and SLI them?

yes they are SLi capable, so if you buy two, its like four cards, read the tomshardware article that papi posted. One 7800gt, gtx can run FEAR at almost max, so 4 cards isnt really worth it especially even at neweggs price.

You wouldn't need a better PSU. They require external power. Read the tomshardware review and you'll see that. Both cards take almost 400W I think.
