How do I overclock an AMD Dual Core Processor? What programs do I need to do it?

I suggest you do it in the BIOS, but you can use A64Tweaker.

How do I do it in the BIOS? I've looked in the BIOS but I havn't seen anything about frequencies or anything.

If you are asking us how, then you don't need to be doing it. No offense. Go read up about it for a few days until you understand what does what and why then you will know how to do it.
