it will work but you can do better on the mobo ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813130491 ) and Rosewill memory suck balls get Kingston or Corsair you will be glad you did.

all those parts seem good, I dont know if you updated the mobo, but the mobo on the list right now is just fine. The ram, though valueselect is good, if this is for gaming better ram might help. Like XMS (not saying it just because I have it) or Geil. And the link for the video card didnt work, but if its 300$, it should be good.
