Which one should I use??

So I've got $650 to use on graphics card right now. I was going to buy two 7800 gt's but then i started looking at some other cards. For instance I could buy 1 7800 GTx and that would even leave room for upgrading... but I don't want to be stuck with something that is obviously inferrior... I know I will eventually have to upgrade from the 2 7800 GTs but when will I have to do that and will 1 7800GTx be worse then 2 7800 GTs?

2 x 7800GTs will KILL any other single-card solution out there. When will you have to upgrade? 2 7800GTs will probably play games on Med until the middle of 2007. You can't do much better with 2 x 7800GTXs.

2x7800GTs is very nice. It would do more then all right.
